Welcome to Perth Ear Health

Perth Ear Health provides specialised ear and hearing care for children and adults across Perth, Western Australia. Founded and led by Shannon Pereira, an Otology Nurse Practitioner and Audiologist, the clinic offers a unique integration of nursing, audiology, and otology expertise.

As an endorsed Nurse Practitioner, services may—when clinically indicated—include prescribing, direct referral to ENT specialists, and requesting appropriate investigations (imaging and pathology), supporting coordinated care and helping reduce unnecessary appointments and delays.

Our multidisciplinary approach is compassionate, evidence-based, and tailored to each patient and family. By combining advanced diagnostics with clinical expertise, we provide treatment and rehabilitation pathways—ensuring patients and families feel informed and supported throughout care.

Your Nurse Practitioner/Audiologist–led consultation includes a detailed discussion of your symptoms and medical history, followed by advanced ear and hearing diagnostic testing.

03. Diagnosis & Personalised Care Plan
We explain your results clearly, confirm a diagnosis where possible, and develop an individualised care plan. This may include treatment, monitoring, hearing solutions, or referral to an ENT specialist when required.

04. Treatment, Referrals & Ongoing Support
Where clinically indicated, we can arrange prescriptions, referrals, and further investigations. We also provide follow-up and rehabilitation to support long-term ear and hearing health.
